1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting venturafitbody.com, submitting a form, or participating in any program offered by Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp ("Ventura Fit Body," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp offers group fitness sessions, personal training, and related wellness programs at 4255 E Main St, Suite 8, Ventura, CA 93003. Our programs include:

• Fit Body Boot Camp — coach-led group HIIT sessions for adults of all levels
• Fit Body Forever — small group fitness designed for adults 55+
• Elite Package — private 1-on-1 personal training by application
• Office Challenge — workplace fitness competition programs

3. Assumption of Risk & Health Disclaimer

Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By participating in any Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp program, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical fitness activities
• You have consulted with a physician prior to beginning any exercise program if you have known health conditions, injuries, or concerns
• You assume full responsibility for any injury or health issue that may arise from participation
• You will immediately notify your coach of any pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms during a session

Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp coaches are fitness professionals, not medical providers. Nothing in our programs constitutes medical advice.

4. Membership & Payment Terms

Membership terms, pricing, and payment schedules are discussed and agreed upon at or after your orientation session. By enrolling in a paid membership:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and keep it current
• Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment

5. Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation terms are outlined in your membership agreement signed at enrollment. Generally:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (in person, by text, or email)
• A minimum notice period may apply depending on your membership type
• We do not offer refunds for unused sessions within a billing period
• Medical hardship cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation

6. Free Orientation Policy

We offer a complimentary orientation and first session to new members. This offer is:

• Available once per person
• Non-transferable
• Subject to availability and scheduling
• Not a guarantee of membership acceptance for the Elite Package, which is by application only

7. Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect
• Follow all coach instructions during sessions
• Arrive on time and notify us in advance if unable to attend a scheduled session
• Maintain appropriate gym hygiene (clean attire, deodorant, wipe equipment)
• Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or harassing behavior

We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for violations of our code of conduct.

8. Photography & Media

Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp may photograph or video members during sessions for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness unless you notify us in writing that you opt out.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on venturafitbody.com — including text, images, logos, video, and program materials — is the property of Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventura Fit Body Boot Camp, its owners, coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of property.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ventura County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
