No. We work with people who haven't done structured exercise in 10, 20, even 30 years. Where you start doesn't matter — what matters is showing up.
Almost always, yes — and the orientation is exactly where we figure that out together. With your doctor's clearance, we can almost always find a path.
For meaningful results, 2–3 times a week. Sessions are 30 minutes. That's about 90 minutes total per week — less than one TV show a night.
