"The members who join at 60 and 70 aren't chasing a beach body. They want to carry groceries without thinking about it, get off the floor with their grandkids, and keep their independence. That's what we train for."— Jonathan, Owner · U.S. Army Veteran · Fit Body Forever, Ventura
Stronger legs. Steadier balance. Better energy.
Two weeks of coached small-group sessions designed specifically for adults 55 and better. Build strength safely, work on balance, and train alongside people your own age — with a coach watching every rep.

How it works
Simple on purpose. No apps to figure out, no card required to book.
Book your orientation
Call, text, or use the calendar below. Your orientation is a relaxed welcome visit — meet your coach, see the gym, and pick the class times that suit you. Just your name and phone number to book.
We call you
Someone from our team phones to say hello, answer your questions, and confirm your orientation time. Your $29 is paid at the front desk when you come in — nothing to pay online.
Then two weeks of classes
After your orientation, attend as many Fit Body Forever classes as you like for 14 days. Every movement can be adjusted for your joints, your pace, and your goals.
What the Strong Start includes
Strength & balance classes for 55+. Sessions built around what matters at this stage: leg strength, grip, posture, and staying steady on your feet.
A coach in every class. Head coach Jonathan and coach Liban adjust every exercise for knees, shoulders, hips — whatever needs working around.
People your own age. No mirrors-and-machines gym floor. A friendly group where most members started exactly where you are.
No contract, no auto-renewal. $29 covers everything for two weeks. Afterward, continuing is a conversation — never a surprise charge.
Common questions
I have a bad knee / hip / shoulder. Can I still do this?
Almost always yes. Every exercise has a modified version, and the coaches will build around your specific joint. If you have a medical condition you're unsure about, check with your doctor first — and tell us at your first session so we plan properly.
I have a pacemaker. Is that a problem?
Many of our Fit Body Forever members train with pacemakers. Get your doctor's okay, let our coaches know, and we'll keep intensity in the range your physician recommends.
I haven't exercised in 20 years. Is this too much?
The Strong Start exists for exactly this. Session one is about learning the movements at an easy pace — nobody is timing you and nobody is yelling. You set the speed; the coach handles the rest.
Is it really just $29? What's the catch?
No catch. $29 one time for two full weeks of classes. No card stored, nothing renews, and no obligation when it ends. We're confident that after two weeks you'll want to stay — but that decision is entirely yours.
How do I pay?
At the front desk when you come in for your orientation — card or cash, and our team will help with anything you need. Nothing is paid online and no card is ever stored.
